The following event terms govern your purchase of tickets for, and attendance of events held by Artology Art Creations. It is the buyer's responsibility to review these Terms prior to the purchase of the ticket & transaction. By purchasing tickets you agree to be held bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time but in line with ACCC & consumer law.

 

At Artology we understand that life does happen. We understand that COVID has given us some unpredictable times. If the venue is forced to close or the event is canceled due to COVID lockdown imposed by the Government, tickets will be refunded.

We do not offer refunds for any other reason. You may reschedule your session, all we ask is that you try your best to provide us with reasonable notice to refill the class.

There is no surcharge to re-book when notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the session start time. 

​

Re-booking requests made after this time will attract a rebooking fee; 

​

$20 fee for Paint n Sip 

​

$35 fee per Creative Workshop

Re-bookings are processed as store credit valid for 3 months from the event date. You are able to book a new session straight away or plan again another time.

Please note: It is the Credit Holders' responsibility to rebook before the expiry. Artology Art Creations are not responsible to inform you of your credit expiration.

Please understand that in the event of a no-show or cancellation with no advance warning, less than 4 hours prior to the event start time; the ticket, including drink and all art materials, is forfeited. We require advance warning for cancelations.

In the event the class or workshop does not reach the minimum numbers to proceed, you will be notified via email in advance and given the opportunity to rebook at a suitable date & time as per store credit terms.

Private Functions at Venue or at home; once committed to your chosen date and deposit received we are committed to your event. Deposit is non-refundable, you may postpone your event up to 7 days prior to your booked event date. We do not refund for change of mind.
